Voltz Promoted at Town & Country Credit Union

Matt Voltz was recently promoted to Vice President Member Services at Town & Country Credit Union. Voltz joined the credit union in October 2018 as Assistant Vice President Contact Center Manager and played a significant role in developing and implementing the credit union’s internal Contact Center which opened in January of 2019. Shortly after, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President Member Services and was tasked with leading the member services division in the Fargo area.

Originally from New Hampshire, Voltz earned his BA in business management from Granite State College in Concord, NH and his MBA in general management from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH. Voltz brings over 10 years of member service related experience and is well versed in retail operations and credit analysis.

Voltz will continue managing the day-to-day operations of the credit union’s six Fargo locations including the Contact Center. He is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to branch level management. His office is located at Town & Country’s 52nd Avenue branch in Fargo.
