On the first day of the drive each week, we are looking to meet either at the HBA or another location where social distancing is an option.
The meeting will be a quick blitz call session where each participant will receive 5-10 companies and numbers from the prospect list to call. This should not take longer than 30 minutes, at most an hour.
After the session, participants will have till the following Wednesday to follow up with those prospects they didn’t reach or wanted a call back during the session. We encourage them to call again sometime that week if they just reached a voicemail.
By the following Wednesday (last day) they are asked to update the SharePoint online workbook or reach out to Spencer -Business Development Coordinator with notes on what they heard so far; ready to sign up, have more questions, would like to meet, ext. Recruiters are encouraged to reach out to Spencer at any time before the last day if their list is completed or need assistance closing the deal.
I will follow up with everyone on who was recruited during that week and recognize our members that recruited the most.
